Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. Items are made to order and usually ship within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
Shipping times may vary as inventory may come from Atlanta, Georgia or New York, NY. If you require expedited shipping or have other requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Special requests are subject to additional fees. Please contact us for shipping outside of the US.
International (Canada & U.K.) — $25 flat rate
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied and would like to make a return, please let us know within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Email us at email@example.com and state your reason for return (your feedback helps us serve you better in the future). Returns are accepted only via UPS or USPS.
CUSTOM ORDERS (Apparel Collection)
Items in our luxury apparel collections are made to order and a fit form is optional for customers who want a custom fit. Our luxury collections are made specifically for you with your measurements. If we made a mistake and your garments require fit adjustments, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a reimbursement of up to $75 for local tailoring. You can also send the suit back to us and we will take care of the tailoring for you. Please be sure to include 3-4 large well lit photos of the item, along with your order number, when submitting the request.
All alterations will begin within 7 days of receipt of the suit. Ensure that your tailor notes all adjustments made to your garment so that we may update your profile and process your credit. Alterations to previously approved garments will not be covered under this policy. Only the adjustments to the first type of each garment will be reimbursed.
Please note that we do not offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your measurements and your customizations. However, we are 100% committed to working with you until you are fully satisfied.Send us an email and we can guide you through this process.
GRAPHIC TEES & STREETWEAR
Graphic Tee orders are final sale and non-returnable.
If we made a mistake (wrong item, size, or color) or if your item is damaged, we will offer you an exchange, with free shipping. A full refund if the item is no longer available. We must receive the return before we can offer you any exchange or refund.
Returns must be unaltered, with original tags/labels intact and in good condition, and postmarked by Adrina Fanore within 10 calendar days of notice of your intent to return. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in shipping, or those not sent via UPS or USPS. Returns received after 10 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Sale items are eligible for returns except in the case of items listed as final sale or purchased with final sale promotion code.
