Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. Items are made to order and usually ship within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.  We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

Shipping times may vary as inventory may come from either NY. If you require expedited shipping or have other requests, please email us at info@adrinafanore.com. Special requests are subject to additional fees. Please contact us for shipping outside of the US.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied and would like to make a return, please let us know within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Email us at info@adrinafanore.com and state your reason for return (your feedback helps us serve you better in the future). Returns are accepted only via UPS with the pre-paid UPS label enclosed in your order, or email us to request a new shipping label. A shipping and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. 

If we made a mistake (wrong item, size, or color) or if your item is damaged, we will offer you an exchange, with free shipping, or a full refund if the item is no longer available. We must receive the return before we can offer you any exchange or refund. 

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact and in saleable condition, and received by Adrina Fanore within 10 calendar days of notice of your intent to return. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in shipping, or those not sent via UPS. Returns received after 10 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sale items are eligible for returns except in the case of items listed as final sale or purchased with final sale promotion code.
