I began yoga and therapy about 8 months ago and meditation, a year ago as a desperate attempt to save my sanity from being an entrepreneur and daily stress of living in NYC. From constant busy and crowded streets and trains to rejections and ending professional and personal relationships, life really hit me hard the last couple of years. I can truly say, it's working! My journey is still in progress, but I made the decision to pursue a yoga instructor certification and teach meditation sessions as well. I believe yoga + meditation are the most effective and affordable ways to heal the mind as well as work out the body.
Although fashion is my first love, this is also a way to use my degrees in the health and wellness......because something has to pay these student loans :-)
